Not feeling quite ready to dive into the sessions straight away? No worries! All our coaches are available for 1-on-1 and small group personal training sessions. (Subject to availability)

Calling all our Mummas! Whether you've just had bub and are wanting to get back into exercise, or you're just looking to find a fresh new way to enjoy your fitness routine - this membership is the answer. Run by our pre and post natal coach, Maddi, these sessions have lower class caps to ensure all our mums are returning to exercise and training safely post partum.
